    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?

Sehr schönes Hotel. Das Eine oder Andere in den Themenrestaurants könnte nachgebessert werden, da die Zubereitung weit vom Herkunftsland abweicht. Kalbsbäckchen zum Beispiel waren zäh - falsche Zubereitung(sanftes Garen bei 80 Grad ist da angebracht) und Thunfischsalat viel zu grob geschnitten - die Fischwürfel müssen kleiner sein, damit das Dressing richtig durchziehen kann. Die männlichen Animateure sind oft sehr aufdringlich.

Nous y avions été pour mon anniversaire et l hôtel nous a réservé une énorme surprise qui m a fait tellement plaisir.
Ballons, champagne gateau d anniversaire et tout Ça restera longtemps dans mon coeur.
Le personnel est adorable. Tous sans exception.
Déjà a la réception Jenny ma responsable a été d'une efficacité extraordinaire pour que tout tourne rond.
Les restaurants sont parfaits. On y mange très bien.
depuis notre arrivée, nous avons été reçus comme des royautés par Jenny et Luz tellement prevenantes attentionnées pour des voyageurs arrivés fatigués par 10h de vol.
Notre chambre nous attendait prête avec seviettes de plage pour le lendemain...tant de prévenances ..
Merci a Jenny a Luz et a notre belle Katarina Jones.

Mejorar la limpieza en espacios comunes.
Las instalaciones normales, personal amable, limpieza de habitaciones buena, limpieza gral mala, porq hay bastantes ratas.

Great hotel for a couples vacation with good food and friendly staff
We stayed for 4 nights for a romantic couples' vacation, when we came we were greeted with a cocktail to start off the vacation, the staff were friendly.
The hotel had a few swimming pools with a bar and a quiet swimming pool at the adult-only section. The beach is beautiful and clean. There are a few local giftshops when walking on the beach to the south eastern side, we bought a few souvenirs at booth #15, the guy at the shop was super nice.
The room was not as clean as we expected, we found a dead cockroach in the toilet and another cockroach in the room on our last day.. but room service was good.
Most of the restaurants had good food. The Peruvian Siwichi restaurant was especially good with some gourmet dishes, we also liked the Bloved restaurant. We liked the concept of ala carte (at lunch and dinner), it is better than the traditional buffet in all-inclusive hotels.
Overall we had a good experience, good food and we enjoyed the un and the beach.

Amazing holiday
Amazing hotel, beatifull beach , very nice and helpful people !! I will be back for sure. The only annoying thing (but mostly everywhere is this same problem ) , people coming to the beach before 6am leaving their towels and then going back to sleep just to keep the sunbed .

Great service from Catherine and Ydris in the main restaurant. Throughout our visit they have been pleasant, helpful, always smiling and well organised.
Food was great tonight too. We chose the steak and risotto followed by delicious tropical fruits.

Excelente todo. .
Todo el personal desde que llegas te atienden muy bien. Los restaurantes y bares excelente. Mi única queja sería que las señoras qué limpian las habitaciones hablan gritando afuera de las habitaciones y si tu quieres dormir hasta más tarde no se puede. Y el bar merenguero la atención muy mala. Creo que tiene muy poco personal para la cantidad de gente que deben atender.

Loved Catalonia Royal La Romana
First time to DR and as we are beach lovers, after much research decided to stay here mainly because the beach looked amazing! We were not disappointed! The beach here is incredible and the water lovely and clear with no seaweed. There are lots of beds on the beach but the ones right near the water don’t have any shade. The resort itself is beautiful.
The adult side is a few mins walk from the beach but there is a golf buggy that will drive you should you have difficulties walking. The pools are lovely but again not right near the beach. The pool on the family side is closer and at times my husband would go there for a quick dip when we were at the beach. However after witnessing a mother washing her toddler off who had messed itself in the poolside showers and saw the remains left on the floor, he was put off from going there again. I understand kids have accidents but seriously there are washrooms or your own room to clean up! We loved our stay. We ventured into the family side for dinner at the Italian restaurant and were very disappointed as the food and service there was quite alot below the standards on the adult only side. Staff were friendly. The big downside of this resort is the pushy sales guy JJ. We had to tell him so many times that we were not interested but he doesn’t give up. In spite of this we definitely want to return again. I did end up having a bad case of vomiting and diarrhoea the day after returning home but that could have been from the plane who knows!

Resort stupendo peccato per il personale
Il resort è stupendo niente da dire. Le camere sono ampie e pulite ma il personale ha zero voglia di lavorare. In tutti i ristoranti e i bar tutti i camerieri fanno a gara per chi lavora meno. Nessuno che ti chiede cosa vuoi da bere e fanno finta di non vederti. Il buffet è poco vario e il cibo è tiepido mai caldo. Solo la frutta che dovrebbe essere fredda è tiepida. Avremmo dovuto trovare ogni giorno i teli mare in camera ma spesso la ragazza si dimenticava e una volta lì ha portati sporchi. Con quello che abbiamo pagato non ne vale la pena. Il resort è da 5 stelle il servizio e l'attenzione ricevuta è da zero.

Top Hotel um einfach mal abschalten zu können
Top Service, top Freundlichkeit! Von Anfang bis Ende waren wir rund um zu frieden. Es hat unsere Erwartungen komplett übertroffen. Das Essen in den verschiedenen Restaurants ist aussergewöhnlich perfekt. Es gibt viel Auswahl und für jeden was dabei. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

Hôtel très agréable, personnel professionnel, efficace, à l'écoute, aimable. Si l'occasion se présente je retournerai volontiers dans cet hôtel mais je réserverai directement sur le site de l'hôtel et non chez un voyagiste (FRAM).

Vacanza Indimenticabile!
Siamo stati in viaggio di nozze per 7 giorni nel resort Catalonia Royal La Romana only adult ed è stata veramente un’esperienza indimenticabile dall’inizio alla fine, pulizia, servizio ed accoglienza IMPECCABILE in ogni ristorante, snack bar e zone comuni, il personale è gentilissimo a dire poco ed sopratutto grazie a loro che questa vacanza ci resterà nel cuore.
Grazie al numero 1 MORENO FEO dell’animazione che ci ha fatto divertire ovunque lui era, Grazie a Jhon del sushi sulla playa con la sua gentilezza e arte nella cucina, grazie a Luis el rey, Brayan, Anyelo, Benenice ed Ariel al bar della playa e Lobby che ci hanno coccolato per tutta la nostra permanenza. Grazie a Franklin del thalassa per curare tutte le nostre colazioni. Grazie veramente a tutti!!!!

Völlig zufrieden, alle super nett
Das Hotel ist prima. Super Service sowohl am Strand, in den Restaurants und abends an der Bar.
Die nette Jahugel ist immer zu scherzen aufgelegt und bringt immer sehr flink neue Getränke.
Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr komfortabel und gemütlich, es fehlt uns an nix. Reinigung der Zimmer ist sogar zweimal täglich. Also alles in allem ist das Hotel seine 5 Sterne wert.

Certaines hôtesses sont désagréables, mais les animateurs et les gens de l’accueil sont agréables. Juan carlos et andres sont gentils.

Das Hotel hat leider keine 5 Sterne verdient! Die Zimmer, der Strand und die Anlage an sich ist schon ein 5 Sterne Hotel! Aber!!! Das Essen und der Service sind maximal 3 Sterne!!! Es gibt mehrere Restaurants und keins davon wusste zu überzeugen! Das beste war das Frühstücks Buffet und das Mittagessen an der Pool Bar! Keines der 5 a la carte Restaurants und keines der beiden Buffet Restaurant war im Ansatz eines 5 Sterne Hotels würdig!!! Beim Service merkt man leider an, dass das Personal nicht gut geschult ist! ( Kein Vorwurf an die Mitarbeiter die sich wirklich alle Mühe geben )
